Tips for Making Ramen:

  1. Use quality ingredients: The broth is the heart of the ramen, so it’s important to use high-quality ingredients, like fresh pork bones and vegetables, to make a flavorful broth.
  2. Simmer for a long time: A key to a good broth is simmering for a long time, which allows the flavors to develop and intensify.
  3. Customize your toppings: Ramen can be customized with a variety of toppings, like sliced pork, bamboo shoots, corn, or bean sprouts. Add your favorite toppings to make your own unique bowl of ramen.
  4. Soft boil your eggs: Soft boiled eggs are a popular topping for ramen, and they’re easy to make. Place the eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process.
  5. Use fresh noodles: Fresh ramen noodles are widely available in many grocery stores, but if you can’t find them, dried noodles will work as well.
