Ingredients:

  • 200g unsalted butter, softened
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100g granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease and line a 900g loaf tin with baking paper.
