Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente.
- While the noodles are cooking, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
