- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled potatoes, sev, and roasted peanuts.
- Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and mix well.
- Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney to the mixture and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle the chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt over the mixture and mix well.
- Divide the Bhel Puri mixture into individual serving bowls.
- Garnish each bowl with a lemon wedge.
- Serve the Bhel Puri immediately and enjoy the delicious and flavorful snack.
Note: Bhel Puri can be made ahead of time, but it is best served fresh. If you are making it ahead of time, store the mixture and chutneys separately and combine them just before serving.
