Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnishing
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add the cubed potatoes and cauliflower florets, and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the garam masala powder and mix well.
- Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped cilantro leaves.
