BBQ ribs



BBQ ribs are a classic American dish that are perfect for a summer cookout or any time you want some delicious, meaty goodness. Here’s a recipe to make BBQ ribs that are sure to be a crowd-pleaser:
Ingredients:

  • 3-4 pounds pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, if it hasn’t already been done for you.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat both sides.
  5. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them from the foil.
  8. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  9. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.
  10. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are browned and slightly charred.
  11. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
