Kafta



Kafta is a traditional Middle Eastern dish made from ground beef or lamb, mixed with onions and spices, and then grilled or baked. It is often served with rice, pita bread, or a salad. Here is a simple recipe for making Kafta:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef or lamb
  • 1 onion, grated
